We do an Informal Seder Dinner

with a Rabbi, Haggadah and Song sheet

The event starts at 5:00 PM and will last till about 7:45

doors open at 4:45 PM

(complete table order must be in 5:30, starter courses must be served by 6:00

 

THIS IS THE ONLY MENU BEING SERVED

 

Seder Plate Matzo and Chopped Chicken Liver

First Course: Gefilte Fish

Second Course: Matzo Ball Soup

6:00 there will be about a 45 min. ceremony

Main Course choice:

Braised Brisket of Beef, roasted potatoes and onions

Atlantic Salmon, cous cous, dill beurre blanc

Roasted Chicken, roasted cipolini onions & baby carrots, sherry jus

Dessert

Flourless Chocolate Cake, with raspberry sauce

or

Apple Walnut Strudel, creme anglaise
